For me, at this point in my life, this could not be any truer.
I hurt the day after a session with my trainer.
I am dedicated to becoming toned and physically stronger.
I have the willpower to return on Thursday after a grueling training session on Tuesday.
I make the healthy decision to meet with the trainer.
I make the sacrifice of eating lunch at my desk and not leaving early so I can workout during my lunch hour.
I push [my] body to its max.
I fight the temptation to skip workouts.
I am working towards my goal of becoming toned and physically stronger and it is going to be COMPLETELY worth it!
