3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
garlic, to taste
2 cups milk
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
2 cup Parmesan cheese
Melt butter, whisk in flour, and garlic to taste. Whisk in milk, cook until thick, add cream cheese until smooth, add Parmesan until melted. Serve over noodles, add chicken if desired.
